I designed this program because I know so many small- to mid-sized companies simply don't have the experience to tackle the growing issue of burnout. Most companies treat burnout like it's either everyday stress or ... they just don't treat it because they don't even know where to start.

Over the past 5 years, I've led dozens of workshop to address corporate burnout. There are a handful (or so) of key strategies that will let you quickly regain control of the issues that are such a drain on your company.

1 PRE-ASSESSMENT TO GET THE LAY OF THE LAND
We'll do everything possible to hit the ground running, so that you will get the most value out of this experience. You'll need to commit about 30-60 minutes to provide information about your organization's current state, as well as watching a short presentation on core content we'll be covering during the 1-day intensive.

1 FULL-DAY
"BEYOND BURNOUT QUICK START" INTENSIVE WORKSHOP
Using a full day of focused time, we'll get to the root of your issues, identify the ideal strategies to turn them around, and spend valuable time working on how to implement them when you get back to the office. Complex issues like burnout require a well-coordinated set of strategies. Don't try to practice how to execute these on your already stressed out team. We'll do them a huge favor by getting in some reps here first.
